WP1 (Materials and Methods) establishes a framework for subsequent scientific WPs.

WP2 (Texturizing Systems/Nutrients for Food Printing) focuses on developing texturing and food printing systems.

WP3 (Platform tech. for Personalised Food Production) focuses on technology for realisation of personalised food production.

WP4 (Personalised Packaging Concept) focuses on a packaging concept as part of the entire PERFORMANCE concept.

WP5 (Nutrition control and supply chain management) develops an automated digital recording system on personalised dietary requirements.

WP6 (System Manufacture and Integration) will link the three RxD concepts into a holistic application to deliver a ‘personalised food chain’.

WP7 (PERFORMANCE concept validation) will deal with ‘proof of the concept’ for the production of personalised food items.

WP8 (Dissemination and Exploitation) will promote the PERFORMANCE project effectively to relevant stakeholders groups.

WP9 (Project Management) will ensure the smooth implementation of the project and the completion of its goals.

The delivery of these nine work packages will allow for the production, packing, sealing, labelling and supply of ‘personalised food meals’ to residents in nursing homes or people at home.
