Final PERFORMANCE Conference – 16 October 2015, Brussels
We will present you the first full meal coming out of a 3D printer. After three years of intense work in the €3 million EU funded project PERFORMANCE all 14 partners present their final results.
Be the first to learn more about the sophisticated PERFORMANCE 3D food printer, which produces nutritionally enriched meals for elderly with swallowing and masticating difficulties. In addition, the complex but simple ordering and logistics system, a new plate design and many other innovations complete the novel nutrition concept.

The PERFORMANCE Project
For many of us masticating and swallowing are activities that go as a matter of course. For several frail elderly persons the consumption of food can be an everyday challenge. While in their sunset years and faced with dignified aging can the personalised PERFORMANCE nutrition concept contribute to the health and well-being of elderly consumers facing swallowing and masticating difficulties? The 3D PERFORMANCE food concept prints full meals with even an additional function. They are personally enriched with nutrients?
