After three years of intense work last Friday the PERFORMANCE consortium presented the first 3D printer which prints full meals. Experts in the fields of 3d food printing, dysphagia and personalized food showed up in Brussels to discuss the innovative nutrition concept with the consortium.
Thanks to the tremendous interest in the conference it is fully booked and no more registration possible.

Welcome to the Final PERFORMANCE Conference in Brussels!
We will present you the first full meal coming out of a 3D printer. After three years of intense work in the €3 million EU funded project PERFORMANCE all 14 partners present their final results.
Be the first to learn more about the sophisticated PERFORMANCE 3D food printer, which produces nutritionally enriched meals for elderly with swallowing and masticating difficulties. In addition, the complex but simple ordering and logistics system, a new plate design and many other innovations complete the novel nutrition concept.
